Customer service isn't what it used to be. I bought some Orlando English muffins at Giant Eagle. When I got home, I looked at the sticker that had a date on it. Problem was, there was no indication of what that date meant. "Use by", "Sell by", etc. So, I contacted Orlando, and here is the response. Pretty sure this doesn't qualify as English. I could let the "you" instead of "your" go in the first sentence, if what followed were actual sentences. Also, I am not sure who Johnathan is:
