The place where I swim has what I consider to be a broken hot tub.  The water is hot, but the jets don't work.  This is day 12 of it being like this, so I called the director to ask for a status update on the "broken hot tub".  He quickly corrects me and says the hot tub is not broken.  It has hot water in it, and only the jets are broken.  I think most people sit in a hot tub like this to use the jets.  

This is the place that had one urinal broken for 4 weeks and the other(only) urinal broke for 3 weeks, at the same time.  I did not seem to be able to convince them that this was unacceptable and that they only needed to make water go down a pipe, and it shouldn't take that long to fix.   I offered to snake the urinal, and they declined.  They said the urinals needed to be replaced.  I said that didn't sound right.  They replaced them and they still didn't drain...

Stopped going there because they didn't enforce any of the rules, in particular no cell phone use in the locker rooms and requiring showers before using the pools.  I would watch people get off the exercise equipment, still dripping in sweat, and get in the pools.
