Went to the LifeAlert website, and it was a mess. I could not find any way to get details or order. Only a message to call to get a brochure. Found Philips Lifeline site, called to ask a couple of questions, and ordered via the website. Got an order number at the end, but never got a confirmation email. Called in this morning, and they could not look anything up via an order number, only a phone number. The customer service lady just wasn't understanding the problem. They had partial information in there, and wanted me to start from scratch over the phone. Started that process. After 20 minutes and her coming back from having me on hold for the 3rd time, I said forget it.
About a week later, I ended up receiving a system from Philips. I sent it back.
I went with GetSafe and have been happy with that.
