 4 visits to 3 different stores, 3 calls into the Loyalty department, and still nowhere. Everyone assured me the corporate store at Crocker Park could help me. Guy in Loyalty department told me it was a corporate store because he found a picture of it on Google, and it didn't say "Retailer" on the front. Guy at North Olmsted store also told me on Monday night that Crocker Park was a corporate store. Google listing and store locator info on AT&T site say it is open until 9. Get there at 8:05. Workers and customers inside. Doors won't open. Look at hours on door, open until 9. Pull harder. Pull harder and ready to break them. Lady comes over, unlocks a door, opens it a crack, and tells me they close at 8, they got bought out in February, and are no longer a corporate store. Blames Crocker Park for not changing the hours on the door.
